The Training Program offers online Food Worker Card completion.

Eligible participants are current employees of partner employers who are also members of UNITE HERE! Local 8. See the Jobs link for the list of partner employers.

Food Worker Cards can be confusing. We have drawn up answers to Frequently Asked Questions regarding the card.

Once I am done how do I get the card to my employer or keep a copy for my records?

Start with logging back in. Go to https://www.foodworkercard.wa.gov/, select your language on the next screen click "returning user", confirm your identity, and proceed to print or download your card.

Initial card costs are covered by us at PNW Hospitality Training Program, however to get a replacement card or to print again, you will need to pay $10.
