Workers can start the program on the first Tuesday of every month at 10 am by attending an orientation session at Seattle Jobs Initiative located at Pacific Tower, 1200 12th Ave S, Seattle, WA 98144. Metro bus routes 36 and 60 stop right at Pacific Tower. Light Rail stops at Beacon Hill Transit Center. From there you can take Metro bus 36 northbound towards the tower.
Eligible participants are current employees of partner employers who are also members of UNITE HERE! Local 8. See the Jobs link for the list of partner employers.
Courses may be taken online on your own device like a smartphone or tablet.

The Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB) requires a MAST card for those who serve, mix, sell, and supervise the sale of alcohol. The Training Program offers online and in person completion of Class 12 cards for those 21 and older (new and renewal) to UNITE HERE! Local 8 members whose employers participate in the training program.
