MAST Cards: Mandatory Alcohol Server Training
The Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB) requires a MAST card for those who serve, mix, sell, and supervise the sale of alcohol.
Eligible participants are current employees of partner employers who are also members of UNITE HERE! Local 8. See the Jobs link for the list of partner employers.
Online Training
If you work for or have an offer of employment for one of the above employers AND need a new card please complete this form for the ONLINE training. You will receive an email within 48 business hours with a log in, password, and instructions on how to complete the online course.
In person Training
If you work for or have an offer of employment for one of the above employers AND need a new card please complete the form for IN PERSON training.
March 20 - 10 am to 1 pm
April 16 - 9 am to Noon
