The Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB) requires a MAST card for those who serve, mix, sell, and supervise the sale of alcohol.
The Training Program offers online and in person completion of Class 12 cards for those 21 and older (new and renewal) to UNITE HERE! Local 8 members whose employers participate in the training program.
That would include members employed at the following:

If you work for or have an offer of employment for one of the above employers AND need a new card please complete this form for the ONLINE training. You will receive an email within 48 business hours with a log in, password, and instructions on how to complete the online course.
